The 384-claim, 21,445-ha Route 109 property is located 20km south of Matagami, Quebec, adjacent to MGM Douay Gold and the historic Vezza mine on the Casa-Berardi Deformation Fault zone.
The 93-claim, 5,068-ha Lava property is located 10km west of Belleterre, Quebec. It covers the Lavallee 38, 39, 40, and 41 showings which consist of a series of gold-bearing quartz-carbonate veins with disseminated pyrite, pyrrhotite and chalcopyrite. The veins occur within a 10.5km long, northeast-trending corridor marked by numerous shear zones. This corridor lies on the eastern contact of a magnetic high and is marked by a strong chargeability anomaly.
The 101-claim (2,111ha) Jaycee property is 60km kilometers east of Teslin in southern Yukon. The claims, held 100% by the Jaycee Syndicate, were staked in 2018. Limited rock sampling and a 425-km airborne geophysical survey were completed in 2018. In 2019, 17 rock samples and 230 soil samples were collected. Previous work documented from 1967 to 2006, including geological, magnetic and soil geochemical surveys, and 18 hand trenches, outlined a 900m skarn horizon with significant tin mineralization on surface. From 1979 to 1982, 38 holes (4,168m) were drilled and the “JC Tin” deposit was defined along a surface trace of 750m.

The property is only 4.2km from the Eagle open pit where Victoria has outlined proven and probable reserves of 217.4Mt grading 0.63gpt Au for a total of 4.397M ounces of gold.
